Everyone in Karrie’s office has been so fantastic! Any time I’ve needed to call they’ve been very kind and helpful. Any updates or changes requested have been acknowledged and updated quickly. I’ve been shocked at their efficiency at getting me my documents sooner than I had hoped for, let alone expected. All of my questions are either anticipated or answered in real time. Today alone, I had to update a policy. I emailed my need to the office and Kristy had it prepared and the updated proof emailed back in less than two hours!

Sally was very helpful when I called her from a gas station waiting for my car to be towed 70 miles to my home dealer. She quickly gave me the information I was seeking, and when I called her back she was patient and gave me the additional info which was helpful. Being able to contact a person at my insurance company so easily and getting the info I needed was a 5 star moment.

I love how I can do most business with them over email. It's hard to find time during the workday to make phone calls!

Sally Hoffman assisted me in adding another vehicle to my policy. She was very professional, added my new vehicle very quickly, and emailed the temporary "Proof of Insurance" cards I needed immediately.
